Company Profile
Mellow Energy was incubated by Jinan University and founded by the team led by Professor Mai Yaohua. Established in August 2022 and headquartered in Zhuhai, the company focuses on perovskite photovoltaic R&D and industrialization.
The company holds 21 authorized patents, has 50 patents under application and has published more than ten papers in core journals. Its team has repeatedly broken technical bottlenecks and received patents, honors and industry recognition.
In November 2024, Mellow Energy completed a 100MW production line in Zhuhai. The first module reached 17.9% efficiency and received TUV Rheinland certification. Current large-area glass perovskite modules reach 18.16%, and four-terminal perovskite-silicon tandem modules reach 24.68%.

The company signed with Zhuhai Xiangzhou District and Huafa Group to establish a PV module R&D and production headquarters.
100MW Line Commissioned
The Zhuhai 100MW line started production, with the first module reaching 17.9% and gaining TUV Rheinland certification.
